Should Russia be allowed in the 2020 Olympics for doping???

In the news you may have heard that Russia has been banned from the 2020 Olympics because of doping. Russia seems to have a long history with using drugs for performance-enhancing results. But now we have to ask the question, should we outright ban all doping from sports? The year is about to be 20/20 and I believe that we must move in a new direction for the Olympics. Although doping has been a controversial issue in the past, we are now moving into a new era and which drugs and awesome human strength is key.
